adds endpoint which renders a manifest DRS Object's raw content (JSON)
adds endpoint which lists all manifests in a single dataset when provided with a dataset id
- response is paginated
- objects in response include basic DRS metadata as well as a custom map of DRS IDs for each object specified within the manifest
