This EIP should be marked stagnant as it is currently not viable. Any fixes to grammar are pointless. |

it seems to be it's already pointed as stagnant, but I thought there's no sense making typo fixes to withdrawn, not stagnant |

I do not approve PRs consisting entirely of minor tpyo fixes, even it it were not stagnant. |
