5. Known Issues and Troubleshooting

To perform any troubleshooting, access to the log may be necessary. The log file is located at %Temp%\HealthCheck.log.

Issue Workaround
User DOMAIN\USERNAME does not have rights to WMI 'GetAutoUpgradeConfigs' on 'SERVERNAME' Grant the User Full Administrator security role to the SCCM environment
SQL Server 'SERVERNAME' is running without minimum recommended memory configuration ('') Grant the user VIEW SERVER STATE permission to the SQL Server
Unable to connect to the server 'SERVERNAME' via 'WMI (root\cimv2)' Add the user to the Administrators group on server
Exception calling "OpenSubKey" with "1" argument(s): "Requested registry access is not allowed. Execute the tool with Administrative rights (run as Administrator)
Management Point check when using HTTPS gives HTTP error 403.7 - Client Certificate required Import the Management Point WebServer Certificate into the User's Certificate profile
An error occurred Exception calling "SaveAs" with "1" argument(s): "The process cannot access the file 'FileName' because it is being used by another process." The report file is being used by another process (i.e. Word/Excel). Close the file before attempting to override it
