Added debug mode: a checkbox in main window which will let you see the full command line that was given to browser selector. The setting is saved in user's registry.
Turned out, some developers don't encode URLs when trying to open them in browser. This time the problem was with Kaspersky products - guys didn't know that space needs to be encoded as %20. So, Browser Selector is going to do that for them. If it detects space in URL, or if URL has no % in it, it will be encoded.
