Changes:

• Added debug mode: a checkbox in main window which will let you see the full command line that was given to browser selector. The setting is saved in user's registry.
• Turned out, some developers don't encode URLs when trying to open them in browser. This time the problem was with Kaspersky products - guys didn't know that space needs to be encoded as %20. So, Browser Selector is going to do that for them. If it detects space in URL, or if URL has no % in it, it will be encoded.
