Inconsistent results in rsem-plot-model #190

I noticed that the alignment statistics (page 4 of the rsem-plot-model output in pdf) has inconsistent results. Out of 12 generated pie charts, one chart has a total of 99%, two pie charts with a total of 101%, and the rest 100%.
