New Target IDs
The health itself now has the default tf2 cross, and the borders of the target id are now gone. Plan to fix the excessive space when near your
own engineer buildings -

I've mostly just tested it in MVM, so there may be quite a few issues. -
Fixed head counter
Fixed the head counter being in minmode position by default. Killstreak counter may also be broken, I'm working on it. -
