the back from the dead update fix

sorry i was dumb and forgot how to make hud, its fixed now.

-updated anti bot votehud (i forgot what it was called)
-realigned targetids in minmode
-fixed(?) demo playermodel clipping
-realigned the stupid main menu buttions
-shifted friends text over a bit

to do:
waiting for players text
mvm
borders
a lot more
