Replaces big scary Qt with 🤏ImGui. Eventually we might want to go straight to raylib, but this is a good first step since ImGui has lots of 1:1 matches for Qt GUI elements, whereas raylib needs each developed from scratch.
Once this is in, we can start replacing PlotJuggler with cabana.
