Fixing error on anicalc.py when only self alignments are returned.

Basically just has init only import EsViritu from EsViritu.py.

The last release worked fine, but I didn't like the organization of it.

Made a variety of structural changes so that, when completing new installation instructions, users can simply run EsViritu to invoke the tool.

Also, allowing conda environment-specific variables for the databases and filter_seqs paths.

EsViritu v0.1.2 allows users to input reads as paired-end using the option -p paired.
