How to disable OTP (Two factor authentication)

In case your phone is lost, or reset, you may loose the application that allowed you to connect using OTP.

In this case, edit the jetty/keybox/WEB-INF/classes/KeyBoxConfig.properties file, and set 'oneTimePassword' to 'disabled', restart the server, and login with the locked out user (https://github.com/skavanagh/KeyBox/blob/master/src/main/resources/KeyBoxConfig.properties#L28)

Also, before you re-enable the OTP, create a new "Full access" user that can reset the locked out user's OTP.
