Changes:

• AMV orientation has been fixed.
• Added bounced lighting
  • Avoids sharp darkness, makes sure light gets everywhere
• Added a post-bake blur pass
  • In practice this means you now need a lot fewer samples for a good bake.
• Fixed probes sometimes sampling outside of the volume
