As detailed in #22, moving the project metadata from the
setup.pyto thepyproject.tomlfile will be required for keeping the module up to date with the recent advancements in the packaging architecture of Python. This PR, does so, without bringing any modifications to the metadata or structure of the project. The now uselesssetup.pyfile was removed.
