  2. Update Readme and CMakeLists 

    * Show needed Qt and KF5 versiones on Readme
* Update required CMake to avoid some warnings
* Show that displays weather info from Open Weather Map and yr.no (that
  actually is broken by changes on yr.no API)
* Use simply dumb scripts to normal users build&install
