Update Readme and CMakeLists

* Readme shows needed Qt and KF5 versiones on Readme
* Readme shows missing runtime dependency (QML Module QtQuick XML List Model)
* Update required CMake to avoid some warnings
* Show that displays weather info from Open Weather Map and yr.no (that last actually is broken by changes on yr.no API)
* Use simply dumb scripts to normal users build&install
