Audit and remediation for PR #209 completed.
- Corrected navigation URL in _data/navigation.yml to follow project standards (trailing slash).
- Added the article to wiki/sensing/index.md for better discoverability.
- Updated arXiv references to use full URLs in wiki/sensing/hololens-101.md.
- Reformatted references to IEEE style and sorted them alphabetically.
- Fixed minor Markdown link syntax errors.
