after running install-mod command SSM will create a mods.json as reference for update-mod command.

SourceMod and MetaMod

./ssm update-mod command will update mods sourcemod and metamod to the latest version. local_settings.ps1 to change the branch of SM and MM from stable to dev.

Rust Oxide and Plugins

update oxide for rust servers.
update plugins for rust located in oxide/plugins folder. rust servers plugins will be listed in <ServerFiles>\plugins.json. reads version from plugin and checks for a newer version from umod.org
