Discord Alert

The Discord command will send a test Discord alert ./ssm discord <serverFolder> or ./ssm discord insserver. You will need to add a Discord webhook in local_settings.ps1. This works with the Monitor command, Update command, and backup command. After the server does a start from the monitor job, Update, or backup it will send an alert.
You will see a warning if the Discord webhook is missing in the in local_settings.ps1 and Discord alerts are left "on"
