Bug fixes:

• Fixes crash on iPad running iOS 8 or 9 when previewing images
• Fixes image not loaded on servers sending non-RFC compliant URLs
• Fixes white page shown when image preview download fails
• Fixes login view not shown on iPad running iOS 8 or 9 after logout
• Fixes image collection not loaded according to default sort settings

New:

• Auto-select image preview size to match device screen after install
• Don't show Default Upload Settings if the user is not logged in or has no upload rights
• Privacy policy available in Settings section
• Adds Contact Us command for sending feedback to [email protected]
• Adds "Done" button to Acknowledgements, Privacy Policy and Release Notes views
• Only appropriate fields of Settings view are now highlighted
