Enhancements:

/RegOverride now supports REG_BINARY data which can be specified as a string of hexadecimal characters of an arbitrary length (e.g., 001122, 00DEADBEEF00, etc).

Bug Fixes:

/RegOverride had an issue with REG_SZ data that could have garbled the override value provided by the command line.
