Enhancements:

Added /KillProcess to allow termination of a process by name prior to target execution. This can be useful for using WinPriv with applications that might have lingering resident background processes like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Added /LibraryDirectory to customize where WinPriv should put any library (*.dll) files that are necessary for WinPriv to execute properly. The default behavior is to use the current user's temporary directory.
Added signatures to embedded library files to make them more easily identifiable for application control whitelisting (e.g., AppLocker).
