This patch removes the trussed, nk3 and nkpk modules that have been extracted into the the Nitrokey Python SDK available at https://github.com/Nitrokey/nitrokey-sdk-py.

The SDK provides a stable API without unnecessary dependencies that can be used by pynitrokey, nitrokey-app2 and third-party applications.

We should probably wait for Nitrokey/nitrokey-sdk-py#32 before merging this so that we only have one new version to test extensively.
