Brief Description *

Month-end just occurred and suddenly I lost several active characters. In looking into it, I lost a bunch of dependents (suddenly went missing) and then their parents resigned from the unit.

I have turnover enabled but the frequency is "Never" for the checks and only Contract Completion Turnover Rolls and Random Founder Retirement, but none of these people are over 50.

I do have Random Dependent Removal enabled however.

I was able to 'recover' these characters by simply changing their status back to 'Active'.

There are two Autosaves for the month-end, so I've included them both.

3. Steps to Reproduce

Unsure... but advancing the day seemed to be the cause.

Do you remember anything specific about the characters that left? What roles they had, or...?

Is it possible that one or more of the characters involved died? I'm wondering if that resulted in a snowball effect. I've advanced day around 100 times and haven't be able to get any dependents to leave.

I opened up the attached autosaves again and looked at the personnel logs, it seems like they left on 10-30, not 10-31... but I didn't notice until the new month and my convoys were all haywire...

Unfortunately, I don't have the autosave prior to that day anymore...

So random Dependent removal only occurs during the transfer to a new month, so it wasn't that. I don't suppose you have the save from the 30th? That would tell me the order in which the characters departed, which might shine a light on the situation.
