Howdy! I'm a backend developer from Italy with a passion for surfing 🏄🏻‍♂️, playing guitar 🎸, and globetrotting ✈️.

I've always known that technology was my kryptonite since I tried to build a nuclear power plant model for a middle school project using Arduino ⚛️.
Spoiler alert: the power plant was a bit much , but new passion in tech and programming: unlocked ✔️.

At University I studied Banking and Finance @Università degli Studi di Pisa, but the pull of coding was too strong. Between juggling stats and financial models , I started learning Python for school and dabbling in .NET for fun. [.NET for the win!]

Fueled by wanderlust and a desire to code for a living, I spent two years learning on my own and in courses. Backend development with .NET was my focus, but I also picked up Java, JavaScript, and even some frontend skills. During this time, I also did some Workaway adventures living in different countries, with a special place in my heart for Gran Canaria (hoping to return living there again someday!).

Finally, I landed my dream job as a software engineer!
Why do I love it so much?
Because every day is a new challenge to conquer, like a boss level in a video game where the ultimate prize is finding the smartest solution.
It's the perfect blend of logic and creativity: using code to craft elegant solutions, but with endless possibilities thanks to the power of imagination! ✨

This motivates me to keep learning new skills, solve problems, and collaborate with close-knit teams to create amazing products using the power of "machine whispering" skills! ⌨️
