Explanation of Change

This PR updates QBO export link generation to preserve the company card context when available using backTo, and passes useDynamicBackPath as the third parameter to goBackFromExportConnection in DynamicQuickbooksExportConfigurationPage, preventing the account list from appearing for credit card exports on vendor bills

Preconditions:

• Have a workspace with a QBO connection and a company card assigned to the user

1. Go to workspace settings > Company cards
2. Click on an assigned card row
3. Click QuickBooks Online credit card export row
4. Tap the hyperlinked export option in the sub header of the RHP
5. Click Export company card expenses as row
6. Click Export as and select Debit card
7. Click the app back button twice
8. Verify that the user is navigated to QuickBooks Online debit card export page
9. Click a different account, or click the app back button once
10. Click QuickBooks Online credit card export row
11. Tap the hyperlinked export option in the sub header of the RHP
12. Click Export company card expenses as row
13. Click Export as and select Vendor bill
14. Click the app back button twice
15. Verify that the user lands back on the card details page

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
