Looks like a regression in cbceb78. 768 MiB should be sufficient for anvilprod, even less for prod. Not sure yet if we should discriminate between deployments.

Spike to survey all Lambda functions for dev, anvildev, prod and anvilprod. It should be possible to do all functions in a single query per deployment, so that's four queries.
