FYI - Jellow AAC Communicator previously existed in the registry as Ninaad Digital Technology, but after getting a new reliable submission from the project owner, we have merged the old into this PR and deleted the old file.

For a nominee, the changes look okay. Seems mostly like a name change and detail update. For a full review, I have some concerns about platform independence, but we can resurface in the full review.
