  cg - interface between tools at Clinical Genomics.

Options:
  -c, --config PATH               path to config file
  -d, --database TEXT             path/URI of the SQL database
  -l, --log-level [DEBUG|INFO|WARNING|ERROR]
                                  lowest level to log at
  --verbose                       Show full log information, time stamp etc
  --version                       Show the version and exit.
  --help                          Show this message and exit.
