A version of MicroXRCEDDSGen compatible with ArduPilot 4.5.
It includes some changes on top of the MicroXRCEDDSGen2.0 branch to support configurable buffer sizes for arrays which allow the generated structures to have reasonable size on ArduPilot STM32 hardware.
