This data appears in the NSW valuer general's bulk land value data and property sales information. This is the different kind of data you'll find here:

Crown Road License

I have some guesses on what this is for based on the name, but I know little around the implications or usefulness of this kind of data. You can read more here. Here are some examples:

  • property_id = 4362972, has a description of PART; crown roads Licence 623573
    • the licence is crown roads Licence 623573
  • property_id = 4363908, has a description of 7309/1169890 5997/1205342 6058/1205343 6871/1205344 3578/1205346 PART; and crown roads Licence 623573

Occupancy Certificates

Occupancy Certificates are part of the development process, they can appear in several forms property descriptions. It's not really clear under what circumstances they do and do not appear. Format
