I add support to dynamically create jenkins jobs form attributes, wrapper-cookbook or Vagrantfile.
Also add support to choose a custom template for the static files definitions.
Upgrade to ubuntu 14.04 and new versions of the required cookbooks.
I know that this slightly drift from the original, but just want to open this PR in case you find useful.
