For some reason, template lookups that should be relative to the root template directory fail on Linux and macOS unless they start with a forward slash, even though the docs have examples without a leading slash, and it works fine without it on Windows. Updated all the inherit and include paths accordingly.

Fixed an issue with template generation failing on Linux (and hopefully macOS).
Also fixed an incorrect node name in the unibody kscan template.
