Problems Solved

  • JUnit-style XML reports were not being generated
  • No consistent test reporting across languages

Solution

  • Configures JUnit-style XML report generation
  • Normalizes XML output to use file and line attributes

Additional Changes

  • Archives XML reports as build artifacts
  • Uses dorny/test-reporter to generate a Markdown test summary
