slidev-template,zdm_02/04: update and use absolute paths

Why /@fs/repo/? Will this work in CI (which doesn't use container to generate slides which will result in different paths for slides?).
If you want absolute paths then I think you can use /slides/ (/ is slidev-template repository, /slides/ is symlink to presentation repository).

Looks like everything works, but I really don't like, that changes to .md file are not detected automatically. It'll really slow down development, unless we include some develop argument to use different configuration.

Let's follow up later if there will be still some issues to fix. I have to merge it before ZDM#3.
