OpenID Federation Entity Collection 1.0

This repository contains the OpenID Federation Entity Collection specification. This specification acts as an extension to OpenID Federation 1.0 and defines an additional federation endpoint to retrieve a filterable list of all resolvable entities in a (sub-)federation.
