- switched back to the original repository of the goversioninfo tool - GOBIN environment variable clashes with the Go 1.16

I just wanted to remove the download of a stale .exe of the goversioninfo tool and saw that your v1.2.0-arm feature branch was already merged in the origin of the goversion tool. I now switched to the "go install" feature. Give me a feedback if that is ok for you. All icons were generated without problems.
