@glebcha in the meantime I created another plugin. Some features that work here, are not there, because I just didn't need them - https://github.com/stropho/rollup-plugin-banner2#comparison-with-rollup-plugin-banner
Feel free to file an issue there if you'd like to use it and any feature you'd like to have is missing
