Adding "String to Prepend"

The new "String to Prepend" allows the addition of a string in place of a removed one.

E.g. From:

Mozart: Symphony #40 in G minor (K550) - I. Molto Allegro

To:

Symphony #40 - I. Molto Allegro

Fixed Duplicate Titles Bug

Fixed the stupidity that enabled the error when two files in the same directory have the same title tag.

All is well now. I think.

Now with preview!

Now with a preview box. Enter the string you want to remove and the preview will show you the resulting name of the first selected track.

Fixing layout

Buttons no longer truncated off on some systems.

Same as the last release, but now you can select only some of the tracks in the directory from which to strip prefixes.
