Replace deprecated VSCode settings in generated TypeScript SDK: - `typescript.tsdk` -> `js/ts.tsdk.path` - `typescript.enablePromptUseWorkspaceTsdk` -> `js/ts.tsdk.promptToUseWorkspaceVersion` Also update help text and project's own .vscode/settings.json accordingly. Closes yarnpkg#7107
