Added LOG_FORMATTER env variable

Added LOG_FORMATTER to select between text and json using env.

This version of suplog has been tested for years, and now thanks to some go mod magic, it's able to separate dependencies of hooks, i.e. it doesn't pull AWS SDK as a dependency if that hook is not used. 🎉
