Adding PTE

Any plugin developer (listed in the plugin header) can request an addition of PTE (Plugin Translation Editor). Add a comment to this post https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2016/08/23/hello-polyglots-i-am-one-of-the-authors/ in the format:

#wp-locale-code – @username (on WP.org)

For example: #ru_RU – @dashaluna
