Chips 0.4.0 is being released!

2000+ commits and a bunch of sweat and hard work later, it's finally here!

With this updates comes a ton of features both behind the scenes and on the font-end

Major changes:

• Chips music was added!
  • Along with this, Chips Radio was added!
• Connect 4 with custom game boards was created!
  • Connect 4 was getting lonely, so we also added Chess, which also features a customizable 5-difficulty AI running off of the famous professional grade world-class Stockfish 8 engine!
• Two 3D text commands!
• A text "derpifier" was added!
• An ASCII text command!
• An emoji converter!
  • Add and remove emojis with ease! Using -addemoji and -removeemoji
• The help command was updated!

Prefix Permissions Patch

Chips v0.3.4

Patched a permissions issue with chipsprefix and stoptyping.

Fixed server members being able to change bot prefixes or force the bot to stop typing without proper permissions.

The ability for you to add and remove custom prefixes!
Simple try doing -chipsprefix on to begin!
The ability for all commands to recognize and use your custom prefix!

Want to find out information about your server, a channel, role, or member/user? This release lets you do that with an improved -info providing a plethora of data for your needs

The ability for you to check on everything you might want about your server, channel, role, or user

• The ability to input into -info channel, role, and user names without the need to mention or link them! The searcher will automatically perform a name search for whatever channel, role, or user you are searching for, thus making mentioning with <@> or linking with <#> fully optional!

You will be guided through a tutorial-like process which walks you through each part of the application process. Please submit an application only once though!

Have you had trouble in the past with mentions on a mobile device, or needed to ban someone but typed an extra space between the command and the argument? This update fixes that!

Superflous spaces in commands are ignored when checking for arguments.
This update makes it so doing putting any number of spaces between -ban, @mention, and reason has the same effect as -ban @mention reason!

Staff Application Patch

Chips v0.3.2

Patched staff application for support server

Fixed an issue where temp data for staff application submissions could be overriden accidentally

What's been added with this release:

• An insane permissions system that works given the confines of our current database situation.
• An updated commands list

Specific commands that we made major updates to:

• -stats Displays chips' stats
• -discordstatus Grabs data from status.discordapp.com.
• A -ping that measures many ping metrics, and provides a weighted average and a rating!
• A --calc which can solve equations, including metrics for calculation timings.
• Fully-complete -info command: -info server -info channel <optionalOtherChannel> -info user <optionalOtherUser> -info role <optionalOtherRole> which provides an absurd amount of information about each requested property.
• Kick -kick and Ban -ban system which has a confirmation message before actually kicking or banning the user, and formats ban author and reason in audit logs.
• -clear 99 to clear messages in your chat!
• -coinflip flips a coin for you, but if you try -roll 20d12 - it rolls twenty 12-sided dice, adds up the results, and gives you the result!
• --quote somemsgID quotes something someone else said!
• Various bugs fixed
