@PeterJohnson I changed it a lot, but it seems simpler than some of the alternatives? Open to Makefile improvements. Also, we need to figure out the URL for the pip.conf? Then I think this should be good to go. |

- Python needs to not have python installed because of crossenv
- They take about 10 minutes each to build
