The new system is cleaner to use and more adaptable to alternative backends. Also cleaned up said code.

I've verified that the spline derivatives have the correct values. The y values are increasing and decreasing the correct way, although I'm not a fan of the y values always being negative. However, I understand that this is the easiest fix for #155 and it will work for users for the 2020 season. |
