Remove legacy illustrations - Part 1

This is a part one of CMM-1036: Remove dated illustrations from iOS. I decided to split it because there are way too many places that need to be updated.

Changes

• Replace legacy empty state illustrations with Gutenberg icons
• Introduce AlertView to replace FancyAlertViewController
• Fix an issue with “Save for Later” notice not shown when used from any of the Reader streams
