The truncated forms of SHA512 were being included even if SHA512 was not defined. This led to build issues when there was no SHA512.

The truncated forms of SHA512 were being included even if SHA512 was not defined. This led to build issues when there was no SHA512.
Required for wolfSSL/wolfBoot#597 to work.
