i18n(fr): update recipes/i18n.mdx

Updates the French translation of recipes/i18n.mdx.

The diff is bigger than in the English version because:

• some parts was way more indented than in English so I dedented them
• I slightly reworded some translations inside the code snippets
• I reverted the translation in some code snippets (e.g. src/pages/en/about.astro should still show About me and not "À propos de moi"...)
