I'm sorry but I still can't see any colour variables in the SVG part only fixed RGB values. I was hoping to put a colour gradient in there also. |

On Linux, Plasma 5, Breeze Dark theme, the default gray in firefox 57 is rgb(79, 83, 88) instead of rgb(50,50,52) as used in your dark theme. Added the minor color patch as separate css for plasma 5 users. Hope it's helpful for your variants section.
