Ziel ist es, dass mit PHPDocs nicht nur Methoden sondern auch Klassen kommentiert werden.

Mit PHPCS haben wir auch ein Tool um das in den Prozess (Build/PullRequest) zu integrieren, von selber schreiben sich die Kommentare aber natürlich nicht :D
