We are 53 people aiming at converting the WholeCell Matlab Code into an SBML/SBGN/SED-ML version - using open standards and tools.
The project is part of the Whole Cell Summer School, taking place in Rostock, 9-13 March 2015, funded by the Volkswagen Stiftung.
Part II of the Whole Cell project runs Oct 9-11, Salt Lake City, as a Satellite meeting to the 2015 COMBINE meeting.
